Welcome to Twenties, a group for Young Adults, meeting at Selly Oak Methodist Church in Birmingham.
Twenties was formed in the Autumn of 2003 for the local Graduates and Young Adults who live near to, or worship at,
Selly Oak Methodist Church and for the Mature Students and Post-Graduates from the nearby Selly Oak Colleges and
University of Birmingham.
Our aim is to provide a place to for young adults in their twenties and thirties to socialise and explore Christianity and their place in it.
Before going any further we should also mention our sister group Encounter, who also meet at the Church and who provide events and
activities for all those studying at the University and Colleges. Encounter also run events on campus during the week. Find out more
about them at http://students.bugs.bham.ac.uk/encounter.
